Project Update!

by | May 4, 2022

We are now 3 months into our 18-month Innovate UK project, and we are pleased to announce that we are still fully on track!

The AC3 has completed its final development stage and is ready for flight around building fascia. During this development we have had the opportunity to try out new hardware and find the best fits for Aspira and now we are one step closer to the final product.

Not only this but the team have also managed to get the simulator built and updated the environment to replicate the wind turbines. This simulator is crucial to over development as it allows us to test out our software developments in a realistic environment without the worry around wasting too much time out in the field or damaging hardware.

Above shows Harry on of our technical engineers putting together the final pieces to the AC3 and next to this is a screenshot of our drone in point cloud from our new simulator.
