We work to ensure all of our cotings minimise any environmental damage, and ensure we are compliant with both the Civil Aviation Authority and HSE CRD. Application by drone also reduces the need for individuals to be close to the product when sprayed. We also operate a cordon to ensure no uninvolved individuals are at risk.

AspiraTherm coating section

Application by drone of a water-based fluropolymer that is a clear semipermeable coating which improves waterproofing and reduces heat loss of buildings and structures. Improving energy consumption and your carbon footprint. 

How does it work

This coating is highly hydrophobic and effectively forms an impeneterable but breathable barrier against surface contaminants. It transforms surfaces by water and oil proofing them which in turn significantly reduces the maintenance costs. On top of this the coating has been proven to transform the thermodynamic properties of buildings and structures, reducing energy use by 5-12%. Less energy means a reduction in carbon footprint and improves building efficiency.

AspiraClear coating section

Application via drone of an environmentally safe biocide coating to remove unsightly algae and discolouration on the surfaces of buildings to improve the facade and reduce build-up of grime and moisture which in turn extends the lifespan of existing surface coating.

How does it work

An algicide coating that is powerful at removing and preventing algae, yet sensitive to the environment on which it is sprayed. This coating is effective for up to 2 years after drying.

Most approaches to removing algae from buildings aim to kill the organism but Aspira’s system addresses the root of the cause by effectively destroying and disrupting the biofilm as well as killing the succession growth meaning that cleaning lasts longer.

 

  • Uses well understood registered biocides in a way that prolongs their effective life       and is combined with very gentle non-corrosive liquid behaviour.
  • It does not simply kill the visible alage but disrupts the regrowth at source.
  • Cleans buildings and aesthetically enhances them.

Application by drone of a clear Nano Titanium coating thar utilises photocatalytic conversion to remove NOx and SOx pollutants from the atmopshere and improves the air quality in polluted landscapes in areas that were previously inaccessible.

How does AspiraPure work?

In essense this particular clear Nano Titanium coating is a photocatalyst converter that converts harmful pollutants such as NOx and SOx in the atmopshere into less harmful materials. Therefore, when sprayed onto buildings the coating helps to create a cleaner, greener atmopshere.

 

  • It is a photoactive ultrafine titanium dioxide (TiO2) colloidal suspension (sol)
  • It is a transparent, water-based, stable photocatalyst with high energy activity and       neautral pH
  • Nano Titanium technology
  • It can either be introduced as a component of a photocatalytic formulation or               applied directly onto a porous surface in order to render it photocatalytic.

Application via drone of a polyurethane coating that prevents the defacing of surfaces with paint (graffiti) and improves the ease in which they may be cleaned.

How does AspiraRepel work?

Aspira’s anti-graffiti coating uses polyurethane to create the ultimate levels of checmical resistance, paint resistance and superb durability. Essentially it acts like a piece of glass so that graffiti can be washed off the surface.

 

  • Resists marking in the first place and any grffiti that adheres can bre readily                 cleaned off.
  • Polyurethane coating that offers the ultimate levels of chemical resistance, graffiti       resistance and superb durability.
  • Can be applied to a whole variety of substances including ferrous and non-ferrous        metals, wood, concrete, plastics and fibreglass.
  • Comes with a clear finish.

Outstanding solvent resistance means that neither the solvents in the spray paint used for graffiti tagging, nor the string cleaning agents used to remove it will damage the painted surface. Thus, it resists marking in the first place and any graffiti that adheres can be readily cleaned off.
