Coating the fascia of tall buildings and structures is a very long, difficult and expensive task to complete. Aspira’s innovative technology allows building owners and maintenance teams to keep their buildings and structures efficient for less money, less risks and requires less time.
How does it work?
This coating is highly hydrophobic and effectively forms an impenetrable but breathable barrier against surface contaminants. It transforms surfaces by water and oil proofing them which in turn significantly reduces the maintenance costs. On top of this the coating has been proven to transform the thermodynamic properties of buildings and structures, reducing energy use by 5-12%. Less energy means a reduction in carbon footprint and improves building efficiency.
